Helen Beatrix Potter, (1866-1943) was an English author, illustrator, natural scientist, and conservationist best known for her children’s books featuring animals, such as those in The Tale of Peter Rabbit. At a young age she developed a love of landscape, flora and fauna, which she spent a lifetime writing about as well as painting. Join us we hear first hand about the life of this exceptional woman.
