Cindy Bench from Bench Farms in Curtice, Ohio, will discuss Capsicum, the Herb of the Year. Capsicum (peppers) have been used for centuries and are powerful seasonings that can transform ordinary grains, greens or starches into exciting foods. Join us as Cindy discusses this wonderful herb and shows us some of the many varieties available.
